Vacation Care

 

Kids Capers OOSH Vacation Care operates for 2 weeks in each holiday period during the year, up to 1 week in December and 3-4 weeks in January. See our brochures and the exciting activities we have planned for your children.

 

Steps to enrol and book days in Kids Capers Vacation Care program

1. Enrolment

If you haven't already, you need to enrol with Kids Capers. Click here to go to the Enrolment page and follow the steps.

 

2. View Vacation Care Brochure

See Vacation Care program at the side of this page.

 

3. Book Your Days

Booking options are:

- fill out the online booking form on the bottom of this page, or

- send us an email stating the days your children will be attending, or

- click the brochure to the right, enter the details directly into the PDF form, save and email to Kids Capers.

 

4. Kids Capers admin will confirm your booking.

 

Cancellations Terms

​

For cancellations, 2 weeks notice must be given prior to your child's proposed attendance day(s), otherwise the daily fee will be charged. This late cancellation charge is exercised because we need to plan for a number of things including: staffing, excursions, transport, resources and food etc.

 

What to bring

​

Hat, water bottle, lunch, no thongs please.
